GOD Loves YOU

Knowing that God loves you would bring you the assurance that He’s always for you no matter how big your dreams might seem. If you have a skewed view about who God is, then you’d find it difficult to live life to the fullest and enjoy the new life He’s provided through Jesus Christ. God’s love isn’t something that’s temporal neither is it conditional; based on what we do or don’t do. No, at all!

I love how Apostle Paul in the Bible puts it… He carefully selects his words without mincing them when he was explaining the Gospel to the saints at his time.

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

He died for you when you were ungodly(sinful) meaning you had nothing to do with the transaction that was made. You contributed nothing to it except your sins. You’re only a third party recipient. You were not alive when this was done but it was done just for you! God loves because it is simply His nature, that’s who He is. He is love and if you want to truly know God, you need to do so through Jesus.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
Romans 5:6‭-‬10 KJV

This is God’s love for and to you! He is pleased with you!
God loves you because Jesus has died for your sins which was the barrier between you and God. You need to stop struggling for acceptance and approval from God. He loves you, is interested in you and wants to become your purpose for living.

God’s love isn’t like any one else’s, there’s nothing like it. The world doesn’t have the answer and it’s understandable if you’ve never experienced such love as we’ve been taught that you must work before you get things but not God’s love and grace.
God’s love is free, it’s a gift and you can only receive by believing in what Jesus has done for you.

Trust me when I say I never fully understood these when I got saved. I knew God ‘loves’ me but I thought it was based on my performance.

Reading a book by Andrew Wommack titled ‘God is not mad, stop struggling with sin and judgment’ changed my thinking and clearly revealed God’s true nature to me and answered some questions I had before that time.  It’s one book I’d never forget and I’m blessed to have people who are gifts and blessings in my life. Thank you Adamolekun Temidayo Emmanuel for being one, I’m eternally grateful for you!
But think of it, what’s the essence of His death if you still have to pay for your sins by your works? Your approval by God isn’t your doing but Jesus’ so there’s nothing that should hold you down from doing what God wants you to do; living your dreams and accomplishing great things in life.

God truly loves you, have you received His love?
The time is now to accomplish all the ideas He’s put in your heart!
